    Model Behavior Phase II research put the Super Model concept to the test to determine whether or not it could truly provide builders with a competitive advantage.

    It does provide a competitive advantage. This second body of research showed that the Super Model home generates a huge increase in purchase interest (up 54% vs. a conventional model with no merchandising). In addition to increased purchase intent, Super Model visitors also had a better overall perception of the builder.
